Hi

Is anybody else having trouble logging into Famiy tree forum. It keeps on telling me I dont exist. They have sent me my user name and password but it wont accept my user name when I type it in. I have also tried copying and pasting but that doesnt work either.. I have sent them an email but I am not sure whether they will get it or not. Any ideas as to what I can try next?

I've just tried again and i got told I have used all my 5 log in atempts so I cant try again for another 15 mins.

I'm getting fed up now.

I eventually got through by trial and error. First got my name right; then they gave me a complicated pass-word which again I (they sent me two E mails) managed to change.

How often to do "improvements" to anything, fail to improve.

Thanks Harry and Rach.

Elaine has got back to me and told me what to do. Unfortunately as yet I still cannot log in because it says I 've used all my log in attempts. I will have to wait another 15 mins to try again.
If this fails I wil have to contact Elaine again.
