hi all you very nice people

i,m tryin to find old photo,s of the cottage homes in dewsbury circa 1920,s... or if anyone has a relative what went there in the 1920,s that would be great , i,v googled it nothing came up .. i have also been to the library i got the map showing cottage homes but i wud very much like to find a photo..

any help would be great yours Donna

Cottage Homes was usually the name for small Children's Homes that belonged to the Union. Have you had a look on this site:...........www.workhouses.org.uk, there are photos of some of the Homes on there.
