I am feeling much better thank you MO, hello BC my little wing nut....

I rang the out of hours on boxing day, I think the whole neighourhood did, I contacted them again this morning they were more interested in taking my contact number I told them I wanted them to grit the roads not ring me, then they ask would take part in their customer service survey..OHH yesh in deedy NIL POINTS....lol

*holds head in hands....oh gawd she is doing an impersonation of me to the council......I just know it...Lol.....

You should ring the council, Hayley. Last February our road was like glass so I shouted at them and they gritted it. I pointed out that the posh houses near Hyde Park were gritted but not our humble little road. They were out like a flash....ummm but I did say I was very old and could break my leg....Try that....pretend you are me:-) pmsl BC XX
