I only watched half of it and turned over in disgust.

The fat female who would only eat carbohydrate rich foods, why the hell did her mother fill the cupboards with buscuits and crisps?
Mind you,she wasn't much of a roll model.was she? Spelt the role wrong,or perhaps not?

If a child is given proper food from being weaned, you don't get all these faddy freaks. You never see kids who are half starved refusing good food, they are grateful for what they are given.

I watched my Mum do all the diets when I was a child. I know the calorie content of practically everything. I watched her slow down her metabolism through yo yo dieting so that if she ate more than 800 calories (She should have been eating 1750 to 2000) she put on weight. I also know that I will not do the same as my Mum. Consequently, I'm about the right size for my height though I guess I could do with being 4 or 5 lbs lighter. (Actually I don't know how much i weigh as I don't have scales)

I have seen all the fad diets and do you know what? It boils down to this, you need to burn the same number of calories or more than you consume.

I also have the answer to loosing weight though it isn't overnight. Each day prepare the same meal as you would normally eat. Just leave one fork or spoonful on the plate. To enhance your weight loss, walk round the block every other day on top of your normal exercise.

I've got to get this off my chest

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Forget the "I blame the steroids" "He/she is big boned" "He/she has a slow metabolism"Stand back, look at your child then think I'm going to be the one to bury them. Don't pussy foot around them, these parents are guilty of child abuse. End of......
