Well done. Thats what i have been trying to get my son to do, he needs to get off about 7st.

Thing is that his girlfriend dont cook just gets take aways. But i know my son is now trying to cook and eat better as he has taken one of my recipe books home and keeps phoning me on how to do things.

Lets hope it works. He did joined a club but didnt work. He has also given up smoking as well.

Good luck to your son.

Well, he ate sensible, he exercised gently, he stayed off work until the doc said A ok to go back. Then he started eating badly, and the weight piled on. Its a year ago that he had his heart attack at such a young age. After Christmas he topped the scales at 16stone 6lbs. I nagged him rotten, I went on and on, and eventually, just 8 days ago he joined slimming world, and he lost 8 1/2 ilbs in a week. He bought me the most beautiful bunch of flowers I have ever seen, I asked why? he said for supporting me, so I guess nagging away pays off in the end!! I had to share this with you xx...
