everyone cup has a chip or crack in it we all have leeks...lol even the queen has her off days..

mines half full and I have been guilty of always looking at the negative sides of life for far too long.

Time to change that now. I have more in my life to be grateful for and I plan to enjoy that now rather than dwell on the negatives.

I've had some really good news, so my cup is looking quite full :))

half full, altho i do have blips, but then i think we all do, i try not to show it when i do tho x

and as for being stuk in these four walls, im just really glad i have 4 walls to be stuck in, some people rnt so lucky! to have a roof over there head, nevermind anything else lol xxx


oh and i have my wondow open for the time time since summer yipiii, altho i think im going to close it now as im a tad nipy lolol

Half full definately...........though I DO have to fight the temptation to look on the bleak side as things aren't so great in real life just at the mo.....but I keep in my mind that things could be MUCH worse.....and count myself lucky.

However.......when it's wine in the glass.....it's definately half empty LOL xx

I have more positive things going on in my life than negitive but I couldnt tell you want they are as I dont think about them...over flowing I say...HOWEVER I do have days when I feel sorry for my little self ..you have too I think..lol

My cup is full.............l have OH home and alive l can look after him even with some back pain, what is the point of moaning, just look on the bright side. (do like a little moan now and again really .lol)

However your glass looks, most people can find something positive about their life to add a splash of colour in what may seem to them at the time a grey world.

I've had a rotten year in some aspects, But looking back I consider myself to be very lucky. Ive also had good times which have placed those bad times in the shadows.

The last few days have been difficult for me, mums anniversary of her death 29 years ago is today so i feel low. My daughter has tonsillitis and still not well.

But I'm alive. My daughter has started eating again so that is good

The sun is shining and I have laughed at least once in the last 24 hours.

Instead of dwelling on the negative all of the time, make that some of the time. ..I know sometimes this is hard at times & understand that.

When you think "I'm indoors in these four walls again" turn your mind to the times you do get out & have a great time & know you will again.

People are often worse off than yourself.

Stop thinking on what you cant do, think about what you CAN do.
