Now Mary, ..

.I'm guessing that the board itself isn't broken, just the legs?
Could you prop the board up somehow and still use it ?

No?...I thought not.
Best have a few days rest from ironing I think. :-)

There are people that iron their clothes?

I use mine for a doorstop, much better use of it.

No excuse. fold up a sheet and lay it on the table, for a makeshift ironing board.

I had to do it, so can you LOL

Could the washing machine not sort of rip it Joan?
Perhaps you could iron it and sort of accidentally on purpose scorch it rather badly.

These are just suggestions and I accept no responsibility for the outcome.

Wanna come and break mine for me.... please? lol

I have to admit I don't iron as much now as I used to... and only started again recently, as hubby was doing it when I was off colour... I don't mind ironing, I used to find it relaxing, but it hurts my back and hips... oh, and my shoulder, wrists and hands, lololol ;¬)))) Well, it would wouldn't it, lolol

It is even worse ironing sat down, of course!
