Hi BC

Dad used to grow them in our garden J Artichokes,are full of iron so good for you.

Boil or steam or roast, good in salads as well

I just bought some because I thought they looked 'different'. Have just read online that they are full of goodness and have a potent 'wind effect'....lol.... Anyone tried them? BCXX
