What if nobody had ever invented the ladder?

Just a random thought, but I wonder how different life would be if that ladder hadn't been invented. Or other things like the wheel, or boats, or if someone hadn't found out you could ride a horse.

the egyptians didnt have ladders
they built sand banks
and dragged everything up them


now what if nobodt invented the computer or lappy
where would us lot be

lol expects next piece to be about 'life without the ladder'

well I suppose without the ladder there would be only bungalows....no second storey buildings at all in fact. no rockets into space, no telephone masts, electricity pylons, no factory chimneys so no industrial revolution...very low haystacks LOL

Annie, no not really, I've been quite busy, but it's got my imagination on overdrive. I just saw the advert where the window cleaner is using a trampoline, and it spurred that random thought lol.

Wish they hadn't invented the ladder..........then my OH wouldn't be laying here with a broken back and broken neck. (sorry tongue in cheek reply, lol.)

Ah now I probably wouldn't be writing if the PC handn't been invented. Writing in longhand is too slow for my brain and I used to lose so many thoughts and ideas. I think too far ahead.
