You are right I don't want gold membership,Waste of money..

I just hope they mail me on Monday or sooner as I know they work week ends,

Hi Sue

I am not sure but I think the upgrade on GR refers to their "gold membership" etc which I am sure you don't want. Just stick to renewal rather than upgrade in your correspondence with them and hopefully you will get it sorted.

This may sound daft to some of you,But my renewal is due in about 2 weeks,
The problem is I have a new card and I have looked for the ""Upgrade Now"" link which when I looked in the FAQ's it said the "Upgrade Now" was on the home page.

Well I am either daft or Genes are because I certainly can't see the Upgrade Now on my home page.

I have looked in My Account details nothing there..And also clicked on my Renew Now and it won't let me Renew.


I have sent then a query about this upgrade but I know I won't get an answer until they try to renew my membership.


So my other question is do Genes ever reply to enquiries about renewal..
