Hi Mummo,
It's biological washing liquid - for clothes! Their really cheap stuff - in a white plastic container.
Tried it (diluted) on a dirty patch of painted wallpaper (where everyone puts their hand on the wall to get the phone!)
Not perfect (it was very grubby) but much cleaner, the paint's still on and the wallpaper's still there!

Maggie, is it washing up liquid or soap powder liquid........if that makes sense, lol.

Sounds good Maggie.

I like these multi-use type of products.

Sorry to use bad language - but I've just found an amazing cleaner!
I picked up some of T*sco's cheapest biological washing liquid - intended using it on the cats towels and floorcloths.
I have an ancient unglazed pottery garlic pot - it came fro my gran's and I've never managed to get it clean.
Soaked it in a bowl of water with some of the liquid in (quite a lot actually) and it's pristine!!!

Next job was the cooker - I just used the dishcloth with some of the stuff from the bowl - sparkling - even got the bits on top - that the pots stand on - clean!

Much cheaper than 'proper' cleaners!
