Hi Hazel
It would look strange on a plate on its own I think. Maybe do some more separate potatoes, mashed and put it on the table with a dish of carrots and maybe a dish of broccoli then they can help themselves to more veg if they want.

I'm having someone to dinner in the near furture
who is a vegerarian .
i have found this reciepe for Green Garden Veg Pie
which consists of cheese, potatoes, broccoli peas chives and cauliflower with a sauce thats made from flour mustard a small knob of butter and milk but what i'd like to know is would you put anything else to go with it or would you serve it by its self .
i have never catered for a vegeratian before and would like to get it right ...lol so if anyone can help me i would be grateful
