Thank you for that Sue, I've just found my Chinese failed the last inspection, do to poor hygeine management...with food not being cooked to the right temperature, poor personal hygeine, non-food-compliant plastic containers to store food and so on. |

There is a web site called scores on the doors, which shows local authority ratings on cleanliness at restaurants etc. Just found out my fav Indian scored one star out of five - not good! |
