am I cheerful? yep...the nice people at the tax office actually let me file my return on line... they wouldn't last night as they said I had wrong password, I didn't , the system was just throwing a hissy fit ...

what drives you 'up the wall'? call centres, never ending 'menus' that lead to more menus when you pay a bil.....? feel free to have a moan ;)

Oi!! I used to work in call centres, lol

I will say, what they call IVR (interactive voice recording) systems are beneficial to the business but drive the caller to distraction...I know, trust me lol.

BT is the worst one for those, one menu leads to another then another then another before you finally get to sit in a queue for an hour to speak to a human being.

lol Teresa , nothing personal ;) The girl I got yesterday ( eventually lol) at BT was brilliant , and more than made up for the previous two who 'forgot' to credit my account when changing my broadband option, and led to me being cut off for outgoing calls..I just thought my phone had died lol.
