Good morning. Can anyone tell me if there is a way of applying for medical records of a person that died in 1928.

Thank you Rita. I have ordered his death cert mainly to find out his DOB (1839) he was born in Germany a British Citizen, I did find that he was a coxswain for the RNLI, I contacted them and they gave me some great info on him, but no DOB !

I think someone put something on here a while back saying records were only kept for a certain time. I wanted some old records from 1970s and was told they are no longer available.

Findmypast has records for overseas birthdays. Don't know how far back they go.
