CC - doorbell dreams?

Now don't tell me - they involve the current version of a knight in shining armour come to take you away from all of your current fears and problems?

No?

You have a secret passion for the postman?

No?

Hmmmm - interesting - I think I ought to go into dream analysis you know.

But I would hate to be a light sleeper - I do need my sleep, particularly my beauty sleep - I need LOTS of that!

You could be fretting or worrying Jane - sometimes if I'm family historying well into the small hours I go to bed and my brain is whirling with the latest bit of info ... it does take a while to switch off.

Stray - you sound like Mrs Thatcher - 4 hours a night apparently. Future PM? I might have to watch my ps and qs around you!

Sleep is a hit and miss affair with me .Sometimes I go to bed and read my book(which I do every night) and go straight off.Other nights my brain just goes into overdrive and won't switch off.I can go to bed at 10 then wake at 12 thinking it is the morning ,and continue to wake every b****y hour through the night .Then OH wonders why I'm tired lol.I find when I dream a lot it is quite exhausting.Having said that I actually enjoy most of my dreams.

Does it come easy - 'cos you are a naturally relaxed, healthy individual?

Or does it come hard - 'cos you are a fretty worrying guilty type?

Honest answers - on a postcard please - to Hayley EMPRESS of Drama ... no - seriously, here on this thread:

I sleep like a log most nights 'cos although my job can stress me out and my life can stress me out, I have no need to really worry about anything ...

And, apart from the odd yobbo walking past noisily in the summer and apart from OH occasionally disturbing me when he has to go to the little boy's room ... that's it. I sleep through thunderstorms, the hurricane back in 1987(?), everything.
