anymore

There you go and baby here am I
Well you left me here so I could sit and cry
Well golly gee what have you done to me
Well I guess it doesn't matter anymore

Do you remember baby last September
How you held me tight each and every night
Well whoops-a-daisy how you drove me crazy
But I guess it doesn't matter any more

There's no use in me a-cryin'
I've done everything and now I'm sick of trying
I've thrown away my nights, and wasted all my days over you

Well you go your way and I'll go mine
Now and forever 'till the end of time
I'll find somebody new and baby
We'll say we're through and you won't matter any more

There's no use in me a-cryin'
I've done everything and now I'm sick of trying
I've thrown away my nights, and wasted all my days over you

Well you go your way and I'll go mine
Now and forever 'till the end of time
I'll find somebody new and baby
We'll say we're through and you won't matter any more
You won't matter any more

Rose, I think you and I have just given away our ages here LOL

I love Buddy Holly, was brought up on him, as my dad was a big fan.

I *discovered* Buddy Holly a couple of years ago.... wow!! I went to see *Buddy* with a friend in Nottingham... just to keep her company, and expecting to be bored witless.

10 minutes in and I was up dancing in the aisles, lolol Fantastic!

Tis of course Buddy Holly ( My older Brother's favourite becoming one of mine and then my children's )

I did note while pinching the Lyrics from Google that Carole King and Bob Dylan sang it too.

Daff I saw 'Buddy' when it was in London, and loved every minute of it. I'm hoping it comes back to Norwich eventually. We've got Les Miserables there at the moment, but all the tickets had sold out.

Les Mis is my absolute favourite. I do think you need to know the story line before you see it for the first time though or it can be a bit confusing. Seeing it for the 4th time in August in Bristol. What a shame they were sold out TW.
