Hi,
I always had thumbelina read to me at bedtime, think maybe that was because I was only 2lb when born. I grew up reading Enid Blyton books.

....the other night and hubby and I remembered ones that we liked. His first 'real' book he read was Eagle of the Ninth and one I loved was Emile and the Detectives. I have bought them both from Amazon so that is our holiday reading sorted :-D
