what age to be on electoral roll???

In NZ.. it changed from 21 to 20 in 1969 and in 1974 to 18. |

Can anyone tell me at what age people will appear on the electoral roll? I know you now have to be 18 but am I right in thinking it used to be 21 and if so does anyone know when it changed? |
