Fly %26lt%3B3 nothing worse than an annoying cough to make you feel crap - when I get a cold, cough, or the sniffles, I take a couple of soluble paracetamol dissolved in some warm water - every 4 hours till things improve.

Researching:
I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"

struth - what a night!!!! never got to sleep till about 5:00 am even though I was dog tired - had to get up cos I have to be over my pal's house before noon to help her sort out her Dad's trip to the hospital - I feel like joining him %3A-D

quite sunny here this morning but at the same time looks a bit ominous

Fly %26lt%3B3 eyes are behaving normally - one eye is on auto and the other is all to pot %3A-D screen magnification I am using is 200% %3A-%28

I had the optician out to dad on Tuesday she is going to change his glasses but said they would only be a little better %26lt%3B3 she told him he must use a lamp at the side of his chair to help him see a bit better %3A-0 but i know he won't he sits in the dark all the time grrrrrrrr %3A-%7C

The sun is shining bright and it feels a little warmer than yesterday but showers and
