Just, in the interest of finding out just how wrong I am, I have found the 2007 United Nations Environmental Programme report about Indonesia.

It is a fifty-eight page report regarding Indonesia and Sulawesi features so, without the knowledge I might have once I have perused it further, I don't hold out much hope of a bowl of sago any time soon.

JoyBoroAngel

JoyBoroAngel Report 22 Oct 2018 20:10

The Sago crops where wiped out during the tsunami

RolloTheRed

RolloTheRed Report 22 Oct 2018 20:00

Sago is grown all over SE Asia and is easily (and cheaply) obtained. The ornamental plant is toxic to cats and dogs.

I hated it. Yuk.

AnninGlos Report 22 Oct 2018 15:27

Our daughter's lovely late husband who loved cooking and, whenever they visited would completely take over the kitchen and produce tasty meals giving me a rest (my OH doesn't cook - although he does most other things), daughter's current husband is lovely but doesn't cook. Of course we miss him for other things too but his cooking is much missed.
