It was on Euronews.

A rebuilt 1943 Spitfire, Mk IX I think, unpainted all shiny alloy. It flew 53-55 missions.

It has been modified to fly for 1 000 miles at a stretch.

good luck

According to Google, a silver Spitfire left Goodwood this afternoon at the start of a round-the-world flight.

My favourite plane Sharron, they sound wonderful and look so graceful.

They must be filming something at Goodwood.

Just seen that a restored Spitfire is being flown around the world. Maybe it is that.
