I haven’t had a reminder email for a long while, maybe 3 years. I’ve had to put a note in my diary of the renewal date and watch for RENEW on the screen

I think I got an email earlier in the year....for some reason, GR emails end up in my junk mail box - so worth checking?? Welcome back everyone.....someone has to keep GR going :-D

I wasn't keeping track of when my subscription was due, and didn't look at the top of the screen to see if RENEW was showing, so GR has automatically renewed my sub for another year.

That also means that I didn't check my Account Details to see if they had switched me from Auto Renew Off to Auto Renew On ................... which they had, so they didn't send an email. The rotters!!!
