maggiewinchester Report 17 Oct 2019 21:20

I haven't eaten Branston Pickle since finding a beetle in a jar :-S

I suppose, if it's in paste form, you wouldn't know about the extra 'protein' :-D

SylviaInCanada Report 17 Oct 2019 20:38

Smooth Branston came out some years ago ......... I remember a bit of a fuss over here when it was the only one on the grocery shelves.

Apparently they were thinking of putting it into a tube to be squeezed out :-0 :-|

Caroline Report 17 Oct 2019 15:57

Didn't even know such a thing existed!! I have to question why would anyone want it smooth anyway!!

LaGooner Report 17 Oct 2019 15:55

Shame on him.It surely isn't Branston without the chunks, I personally would refuse to eat it :-| :-D :-D. Proper stuff or nowt for me

Sharron Report 17 Oct 2019 14:21

He can show what he likes in the kitchen.

He is not, however, entitled to buy Branston with no chunks.

Bobtanian Report 17 Oct 2019 14:15

Surely, as a chef, he's entitled to show some versatility, in the kitchen?

Sharron Report 17 Oct 2019 14:03

OH has committed yet another unnatural act.

He ha bought a jar of Branston pickle and it is SMOOTH!

Well, it's just not right is it?
