	I always add extra cheese to shop pizzas but have never had a takeaway one. (We have a Tesco Pizza tonight. I will add extra mushroom, tomato and cheese.

	OH and I have been Wayne and Waynetta this week. He fell over and hurt his knee and hip so he has not been to work and it doesn't take much to close me down. We have done diddly-squat this week and have even had two take-aways delivered. That is enough to put us off being lazy ever again. We had a curry which wasn't too bad, nourishing anyway. Last night we thought we might have a pizza and I am not even sure that was even nourishing. If ever we think we will be bone idle again we will think of that pizza and it will spur us on!
