Yesterday I received a sealed plastic bag with a hand written empty envelope inside :-S :-S :-S
On the bag was the following message:-
Dear customer
I'm sorry that the enclosed item,addressed to you,has been damaged whilst in our care. Although we do all we can to prevent such damage, it does sometimes occur.

Dry and sunny but cool.

Been coffeeing followed by a visit to M and S which was a matter of walking around then heading straight for the door as the shop floor is a complete shambles and racks too close together. I thought the assistants were moving sections around (not just sorting after Christmas) which they do too much in our local store. I hope they're not all like that as it does not bode well for profits.

L Ashley, however, was wonderful. Got quite a few bargains which one of the ladies helped me carry to the car. Assistants there could show the M and S ones how to do it properly at the moment.

I am determined to sit this afternoon as I have Xmas things to watch. :-D
