	Sandwich spread is still widely available here. It is evidently a similar product to Marmite in that you either love it or hate it.

	Peanut butter and jelly is yummy too.

	Despite her earlier comments ;-) I'm with Sharron on this one. I'd be round like a shot for a sandwich spread sandwich :-D Not seen it for years. Lovely stuff, nectar and ambrosia rolled into a singe product :-D :-D :-D

	Most people think of pork and apples, or any combination of those two, but plums are also nice with pork and should not be reserved solely for duck

	I remember one of Fred's carers had a jar of plum jam, made with the plums he had brought in, and she put it in a sandwich with cold pork.
