All around us we are seeing the best and the worst of people at the moment and, like most of you I expect, I have ups and downs about the current situation.

Some of us have front line, key and essential workers in our families whom we worry about and can only pray and hope that, while rising to the occasion, they remain safe.

Some of us have lost family and friends and, at this particularly difficult time, may feel upset that they can't have the send-off you feel they deserve.

Some of us are missing that close contact we have with family and friends, those hugs, laughs, shared meals and general camaraderie.
