exporting Gedcom

I have tried all day to export my gedcom file without success, it says it is ready but no email received with the file so I can forward to my son. Can anyone help me? :-(

Two reasons for this:

1. it is that it is sending to your current email addres registered with GR while you have moved ont to a different one ; check the email address reg with GR

2. your helpful mail client is putting the GR attachment into the trash folder ; check it

3. ( uncommon oh home pcs ) the email client has been set up not to accept attachments
