	My Mum was chief cook at a factory at one time, so cooked for large numbers. Never measured anything, and it always turned out great.

	Very nearly Belle. It does not seem so big in the shop, but seems to grow when you get it home! We cut it in two, but on reflection, cutting into thirds would have been better.

	I saw a recipe I fancied so bought the ingredients. Very good it was too Followed by sticky toffee pudding and ice cream My Percy pigs have turned out to be Percy bunnies

	I would buy lamb, if I could cook it like my Mum. I dont know what she did, but my roast offerings do not taste the same.

	I am fine thank you all. I have stopped crabbing now. Like Belle, we stuffed ourselves, beef, roasties, carrots, brocc, stuffing and yorkies. I wondered if it would last 2 days, but I think we will be eating it all week.

	We had a big dinner too. The other half of the beef joint I bought at Christmas. I must learn portion control!

	Turkey and all the trimmings I'd bought a frozen turkey Dec 2021 because there was doubt about fresh turkeys....so I thought I'd better eat it
