I think it's what you just mentioned Fly, they put it in the arm just above the elbow :-)

They had taken too many from my arms when I had a PE, so they started on my wrists. I dont shy away from needles, but that was particularly unpleasant. :-(

My SiL has had a Picc Line put in, she is going through chemo and has to have regular bloods too and they always had difficulty hence the Picc Line :-( <3

Am sure they drew blood from my neck cos I was wired up for loads of stuff in my arms….or I may have dreamt it :-D

If need be Belle they can put a canular in but they don'r like doing that :-)

Oh yes Fly….for some patients it can be a dreadful experience….collapsed veins etc.

Belle…when you have a CT Scan with imaging(dye) you have to drink a few pints of water beforehand

I am ok Ann but it is such a pain I have even had the veins in my feet looked at before to take blood :-)
