	Dear All Hello Hope you are feeling okay with the hot weather. Whatever you are doing, have a contented and peaceful weekend. Take plenty of water and those face wipes from Superdrug (Other shops are available!) work a treat if you put them in the fridge first. Take gentle care Love EOS xx

	Good afternoon Currently 31 degrees outside but it’s cool in the house Just got back from a trip to London Town. Must say air conditioning on the trains was excellent. Noticed one lady had a fan plugged into her phone. Must investigate Take care everyone

	I posted earlier…not sure what happened Too hot here today….have just had a cool shower and got me loose pj’s on….time for me crossword and a cool drink…will be a sarnie for me tea tonight Keep cool and hydrated everyone

	Morning Belle Already very warm, when I went in the garden to top up the bird bath Trying to get an 'on-the-day' appointment at the GP's surgery with a nurse, but the whole system is down due to World wide problem. I was there on Wednesday, when I was in town anyway, but the receptionist couldn't do a forward booking, they require you to phone on the day Take care in the sun everyone
