Yes, in the UK, it is generally against the law to remove pebbles or any other natural materials from beaches, including sand and shells. The Coastal Protection Act 1949 states that the removal of natural materials from public beaches is illegal TheNational.scot. Fines of up to £1,000 can be imposed for such actions TheNational.scot, and local authorities like the Cumberland Council can enforce this law.

Have always liked him…he was quite funny when he was younger..then he seemed to go through a dark patch for a few years :-(

I think it was because he really didn't know anything cos his grandfather had died years before he was born....he just seemed so genuinely interested....as I said I'm not a fan of his but he did grow on me a lot :-D

A picture of stones. Personally I’m not a lover of painted stones as lots of pebbles

have beautiful marks and colours in them. :-D :-D
