I couldn’t believe that the police & probate service weren’t interested in dealing with the fraudulent wills.

Well done ( for a change) to HMRC in realising the values given were way out.

Those poor people being diddled out of their inheritance. It’s horrendous that anyone would sink so low and dreadful that the police or the probate office either wouldn’t or couldn’t do anything about it. However it does show the importance of making a will and making sure your nearest and dearest know where to find it
