They dropped the charge cos they had to have a list for the houses that had paid and I think it just got too complicated along with the traffic jam on the roundabout :-0 |

They tried that here but it only lasted one year.....the queue to the dump was right back to a major roundabout and clogged it up.....also people were fly tipping it :-0 |
