I've heard of Steve Irwin, an Aussie bloke who put his life on the line with wild animals and ultimately paid the price. His tele progs were aired in the UK but were a bit niche.
Why does he have a special day? :-S

Anyone watch Hitler’s DNA? I recorded it so have yet to view the programme, It’s one of those, ‘OMG, I hope he is not a DNA match to me’, moments. :-0

Steve Irwin Day is an annual event celebrated at Australia Zoo on 15 November, honouring the life and legacy of Irwin. The date was chosen because it takes place on the birthday of one of Irwin's favourite animals, a tortoise from the Galápagos Islands.

I was never keen on Steve Irwin (I'm not an animal lover) but it is such a shame when someone dies too young and I know he was popular.

Yes I know who Steve Irwin was. His son is talking part in Dancing with the Stars in America. He got a video from Prince William, as he knows him from his Earthshot organisation.

Did anyone watch Play for Today the other night. Nothing like the originals, they were gritty and hard hitting, the one the other night was a bit twee. Mine you, I didnt mind looking at Nigel Havers. :-D :-D :-D
