I haven't strayed far from the Olbas Oil today, so can breathe easily and don't feel too bad at all.
Hopefully managed to ward off the worst of it.

Daughter has popped out to get pizza, so we eat while watching Strictly.

Bright and sunny here but much colder than it looks.

Having a lazy day today. We are not interested in shopping as we are going out for Christmas day lunch and we've got enough food in the house for the two of us and a hamper arrived from my married son so I'll get bread milk and fresh veg and salad on Christmas eve and that will be all the Christmas shopping I will be doing :-D
