If myself and my friend reorder a birth certificate and i beleive that it will say adopted on the side, is that all it will tell us eg that a legal adoption took place. Does anyone kow how we can find out where the adoption took place>? My friend who is now 51 has found out he had a sister born 1 year before him and adopted. sue |
