	Yeah I know Court. I had an enquiry the other day about a certain name in my tree. I politely sent back my email with full details I had on that person in my tree and opened my tree for them. Had a very dismissive reply back - 'No, only wanted the names I mentioned.' No word of thanks.... still the huge majority of us have more manners than that... llol
