Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 1,117 Send Message	Hi Rach I've got sciatica so I am in total sympathy with you, I only get a really bad attack when it's cold weather for some reason but it really hurts and comes on suddenly, I once had an attack and it that much I was sick because of the sudden pain Have you tried a hot bath?
