Hello Why all of a sudden has my hair gone curly, just this last few weeks ive noticed it more and more, i know its odd but why? never had poker straight hair but this is beyond a joke its shoulder length at the mo,i was really chuffed as i lost a lot of my hair when i was pregnant and after pregnancy, but it has really thickened up now after 9 years! could this be the reason? Sharmala.

I'm the same as Julie, it's getting more wavy as I get older too. But... I do eat my greens now :o)) Tina x

Sharm....I had my first night sweats when I was 37 *eek* They're very inconsistent even now and I occasionally get a bit warm during the day. I'm 42 btw BUT we also got one of those memory foam matresses and pillows which are warmer than normal ones. You should see my hair some mornings....I look like Medusa with the snakes on her head! lol

Excellent for sleeping on......bad for hair! lol. You don't get any roll together if your OH is bigger than you....you don't feel your partner turn over....it's sooooo comfy. It doesn't cure snoring though! lol Julie....ya cheeky mare! lol ;-)))))

Sounds like that would suit me down to the ground, little girl often gets into bed with me cant stand the fidgeting. although i dont think it would cure my head frizz problem
