Help!! Can't find birth of Frederick W Bird born abt. 1862 in Clerkenwell, (London/Middlesex). I have looked in bmd records 3 times!! Don't understand where he can be. Am I missing something or just going blind?!! Can anyone help? I know his parents were Catherine and William H Bird. I already have birth cert for Frederick Bird b Clerkenwell Dec qtr 1861 1b 530 and it's the wrong one.

William..Try putting this on the Tips Board,,,,someone maybe able find him for you,,,,

are you sure its Frederick and Not the W as his first name loads of mine use their second name as main name giving us a load of running around trying to find them.

You didnt have to register a birth prior to 1875 - it was optional up until then, so maybe his wasn't?
