Jennifer, you can email CRUSE. They are only around Monday to Friday 9.30 am till 5pm but if you sent an email they could reply to you and help a bit maybe. Liz

The Samaritans offer email counselling - http://www.samaritans.org/ I've looked around and it's difficult to find any free online counselling, maybe email is the next best thing. Gwynne
