Hi Hun...write your problems in a list and put them in a drawer for tomorrow...or in the bin!..Drink of warm milk, after a warm bath. Don't read anything that makes your mind tick...read something easy and simple, or a medical dictionary!! Practice breathing deeply...put your hands on your tummy....just across the base of your ribs, and feel your breaths move your fingers apart. Have a really good cry...right until you get to that sobby breath stage, because that is when you know that you are breathing correctly. Make sure you're lying down when you first start this cos you can go dizzy!! Concentrate on a really lovely place...takes time, but eventually you'll be able to go straight into it. Very calming. Stop trying to sleep now, and start focusing on really nice things, and think carefully about them and your breathing...also, pop into Boots and get some Rescue Remedy!! Tomorrow. Sleep tight lovely Love Daff xxx

Lynn love...back to bed, and start thinking of your nice place...needn't be logical...mine is on top of a mountain (and I hate heights!) with the sea lapping around the edges. Love Daff xxx
