Do you have a contract? |

Your contract should state that you have to allow reasonable access BUT I would've expected him to pre-warn you this was happening! How long is left on your lease? Contact the estate agent and ask what they have been told..... maybe he's selling with you in tact! xx |

Well, I guess you won't be able to do much. At the end of the day it is his property. But he should give you what is considered reasonable time to find somewhere else, unless you want to claim squatters rights? |

Hi, could it be that he selling with sitting tenants (is that the right turn of phase ?) You do need to get in contact with the cab, asp. Also he will need to get an eviction notice served on you, don't panic at the first one.Don't move on the first one either.Wait till he has reapplied and then there will be a court date set,you need to turn up for this to go in your favour for a few more weeks. Above all i hope your rent is up to date, then your council should help you more, however if it is deemed you have made yourself homeless then they only provide you with accommodation for 28 days .This would only be hostel accommodation. Our council didn't take into account that we had 20yrs worth of furniture and junk they offered us no storage. Our pets weren't considered either. However we was lucky in the end they offered us a 3 bed house and we took it. Of course this is based on what happened to my family and myself 4 yrs ago and we're in North Herts and this may well be totally different in your area. Also depends if you have dependants. |

Hope you manage to get some information from Citizens Advice or your local Council - let us know how you get on. Good luck. |
