Saw this on the news last night. Well I'm not surprised cows f*rt alot considering what they eat! lol. But what I find barmy is that they are working out how to cut the emissions from cows and sheep. Their emissions weren't a problem before cars and such came along. Why take our faults out on innocent animals! lol

I can't understand why they have the need to do it now. The cow population now is half of what it was in the 1970's. These 'scientists' are a load of old windbags! Tina x

lol Tina.. say it like it is.. I've never heard such a load of old nonsense in all my life... can we really do anything about the 'so-called' greenhouse effect now? We were told that because of the greenhouse effect, we would have a very hot summer and all be on standpipes... ermmm.. whens the summer due??

Tina-Marie Report 11 Jul 2007 10:32

I think the greenhouse effect probably started during the industrial revolution any way. We probably will have to adapt to it as China and America don't seem to be wanting to commit to any drastic changes. I, personally, like the recycling and all the other measures Britian has in place, but we have a long way to go - corking cows is not the way forward. Tina x

I agree Tina.. China is having its own Industrial revolution now and i cant see them slowing down now America will never agree to cut their pollution. Their petrol is half the price of ours and there would be a revolt against Congress if the price was put up. Bush would hate to think he was unpopular!!
