He was hit by a car at 10 months, had his jaw wired up for 5 weeks and cost me £200! Daughter saw him fall off the shed (no harm done) He tried to get out of the vey small landing window and was just about to jump onto a very small tree branch (that wouldn't have held his weight) when I saw, and grabbed him. This morning, I happened to look out of the kitchen window and saw him prancing frantically around the garden with something blue round his neck. Ran out and managed to grab him - it was a bit of blue bailer twine, fortunately not in a slip knot, but not too easy to pull off. Makes me wonder how he managed to get it over his head!! I work full time and am a bit concerned for his safety now - It was lucky I was at home today. What does he get up to while I am at work??? He's only a year old and doesn't seem to have many lives left. maggie

I wouldn't say mischevious, more dense!!! He seems to have no realisation of his actions. I see him in the garden chasing bees, but this is nothing compare to him in the evening chasing moths, he jumps up to try and catch them, with no care about where he lands, I can see him impaling himself on something soon. In his favour - he's very loving - needs to be after what he's cost me!! His sister on the other and isn't quite so loving - but 110 times more sensible!! maggie

Lesley, your white cat definitely beats my black cat in the destruction wars!! lol I think if George fell out of an upstairs window he wouldn't manage to walk back in. He'd find a way of NOT landing on his feet!! Hope the growth doesn't grow too fast. maggie
