Thanks Kitty and Shamala I've just put some water in the microwave. That should do it. I can see a trip to Asda coming on. Well thats the third thing to break in two days so hopefully things will start looking up. Yesterday my son tried to cut the grass for me and broke the lawn mower. However he did try to fix it and broke the tool he was using to mend it. Jane |

Clive I've taught him how to do it now. Though to be fair to him he does do a lot of the cooking for me so I shouldn't complain. Jane |

Hi Colin Yes I did buy it from Asda but I have had it a while. Just bought another one. I'm like you I drink loads of tea in a morning. At work I have just had my large mug stolen or smashed so I have been onhalf measures there too. Do you think someone is trying to tell me something. Jane |

Thought my kettle had gone the other night,so put pan on hob.Got up next morning, and O.H said 'notice anything'.Never though about the kettle, but apparently the filter had fallen over the cut out point or something,so check your old kettle out just in case! Mine was Russell Hobbs, and had been complaining about it the night before, thinking even they aren't as good as they used to be. Brenda x x |
