AAARRRGGGHHH !!! Suddenly had no connection last night or this morning. They have told me I need a new box, so it will be at least a week before I get back online at home (I'm at the library at the moment). Just thought I would post this in the unlikely event that anyone wondered where I am! Jamie and Charlotte are NOT going to be happy bunnies! Maz. XX |

weve been over to sky for about 3 weeks now and im not impresed with the broadband |

We moved over to sky broadband at the beginning of june.... 4 weeks NO INTERNET!!! AArrgggghhhhh!!! Phoned every day, they are useless. I never loose my rag with people but I did with them. They just seem totally incompetant and are good at passing the buck and never actually doing anything. We fixed ourselves in the end, but it means the tvs arent connected up to the phone lines!! Clare x ....if anyone is thinking of changing to sky - my advice is - DONT!!!! |

Oh dear.... we just changed over to Sky cos Telewest now Virgin was so cr*p So far so good Hope you are soon sorted out :-) Gaynor |

We moved over to Sky about 6 months ago. We've had virtually no problems. Much better than AOL! Maybe it's something to do with area? Pat x |
