I used to live in horley, then moved to crawley. And, how stupid is this, I couldnt sleep when i first moved here, because I couldnt hear the planes on the runway!!!! Mad eh??? lol Clare x |

Hi Clare, my sister lives in Horley, which is on the flight path for Gatwick. How stupid is this - I always duck if a plane goes past while I am driving up there! Joanne |

No, no airbases nearby, just gatwick, and we have to get permission for big fireworks displays and balloon launchings, etc!!!! I was just thinking it was a bit quiet, but now its started to rain again, so think its pillow time (no fireworks to keep me awake!!!)) Clare x |
